⁣‣ Magnum Ice Cream 🍦 - 300-350 calories ⁣
⁣‣ Indian πŸ₯‘ - 1000-1250 calories ⁣
⁣‣ Crib Shop Chocolates 🍫 - 800 calories ⁣

⁣Obviously when you look at it, you can easily polish off a tub of ice cream or something when you have a late night snack. ⁣

⁣Been eating healthy still, not going over the top with what I consume throughout the day. Still not calorie tracking, just working smart around my workouts & when I consume the food I eat. ⁣
⁣⁣
⁣Next 7 days I will avoid the above & focus on consuming more healthier alternatives snacks to see how far down I can get towards that 15 stone mark. ⁣
