This is offering a one-off programme tailored to your needs/goal.

This will range in a 3-4 day a week exercise programme, which will last around 45min to 1hr 30min each session depending on your needs. This can range from weight loss, muscle gain or tone, fitness & muscular endurance with each programme.

This will allow you to contact me once prior to starting the programme to go through anything which does not make sense & this programme should last 4-6 weeks before updating to a new programme.
