GPT One to One Personal Training

One to one personal training offers you a professional & respectful experience towards your health and fitness goal. I use a private fitness studio which allows my clients to feel comfortable & more confident with trying new exercises due to no one else being around or watching. This has a massive advantage of building that self-confidence, losing weight & building total body strength. I can also offer PT out of the studio with the Local Gym’s or conduct Outdoor PT for those that are interested. You will also be allowed discounted programmes & a chance to get involved with online coaching if you needed the extra help with nutritional intake.

GPT Couples Personal Training

Couple PT is a great way to help keep each other motivated towards your own personal goals. I have helped numerous amounts of couple’s get WEDDING READY for their big day, & also couples that just want to train together to help each other lose body fat, increase lean muscle & generally improve overall health & fitness.

Couple PTs are also based in the private pt. studio, this offers more comfortability & reassurance that you are both heading in the right direction.

It’s a fun, effective way to workout, couples do normally have a bit of competition going & it’s a great way to build knowledge together whilst improving body composition.

GPT Bootcamp & Classes

This is something I do throughout the year, it has a great success with clients losing weight, increasing fitness & improving knowledge around nutritional intake & training plans.
