I have helped numerous amounts of couple’s get WEDDING READY for their big day, & also couples that just want to train together to help each other lose body fat, increase lean muscle & generally improve overall health & fitness.
Couple PTs are also based in the private pt. studio, this offers more comfortability & reassurance that you are both heading in the right direction.
It’s a fun, effective way to workout, couples do normally have a bit of competition going & it’s a great way to build knowledge together whilst improving body composition.
This is something I do throughout the year, it has a great success with clients losing weight, increasing fitness & improving knowledge around nutritional intake & training plans.
